Greetings from Tenerife … But….
Wow was it hard work to get here 😳
Power cut in the airport …. 1st time in 25 years.
All planes grounded, massive ques everywhere, delays etc
Then …
When the plane was about to land in Tenerife,
literally 50 ft from ground …
The engines fired up and instead of landing (I could touch the floor)….
The landing was aborted!! Aggghhhh 😳
The plane went back up in the sky … Back to 5,000 feet
Brilliant!!
Apparently, a plane just before us had fit a flock of birds and there was mess on the runway 🥺
Anyway … As I told my boss AKA the wife, this is first world problems
So im feeling very lucky and blessed today 😍
