Self Storage Tip - 💡 💰 🤑

When I saw this post I blooommmiiinnggg loved it! It was very much eye opening for me 👀

HOWEVER …

Whilst I do agree I do think there are some caveats

So before everyone jumps on to big sites this is what my mentor Dan Bradbury said to me after I sent him the post

“Your overhead will eat you alive!” … Simple and straight to the point

He is 100% right.

Certainly for a smaller player like me

If your a REIT or a bigger investor who can swallow big overheads then I can see why they operate like this …

In fact they would be silly not to it makes perfect sense!

For me it was gold because its a glimpse in to how the big institutes look and operate their portfolio!
