Record week for reservations …. Plus over 1,300 Sq Ft reserved at Mansfield …. Meaning on day 1 of opening we will be moving in 2,200 Sq Ft 😲

• 33% conversion.

Concerns

• 970 sq.ft. due next week with only 550 sq.ft due in.

So this is new section I want to bring in … I think it is crucial to know where your reservations are coming from.

This data shows me at what stage of the process the reservation is made … Have they booked online or at what stage of my follow up process did they book.

This helps me see what part of the follow up process is working and do we need to change it

For those of you who dont follow up more than once, you are leaving money on the table!!
