They are so important to a self storage business

Beverley - £268

Willerby - £2,248 (Unusually high this month … Lots of customers came in on price match) 

Clough Rd - £982

Wrexham - £340

Total - £3,838

Extra monthly reoccurring revenue 

I hope that highlights just how important rate increases are to a self storage business

The self storage landscape is getting very competitive and unbelievable welcome offers are becoming more normalised (ie 5 months half price …. Yes people are doing 5 months half price) its never been more important to have a good revenue management strategy  … 

Otherwise, we go from been an amazing business to an average business
