Hey Hey Hey,

Firstly ... I dont know why im sharing this ... but ...

I have bought my first pair of Crocs .. and Ive worn them out in public ... Yep im that 40 year guy now :-) haha!

Secondly, I have a quick question for you ....

Upps, first I should give you some context.

I get asked many many times each month to do a feasibility study (Checking out a potential site) and/or how I find sites, what I look for in a site etc etc ...

... Finding sites is literally the number one question I get asked. I literally dont have the time to help one on one ...

BUT ... I have been thinking about putting the exact process I follow in a video course ... In the course I would walk you step by step through each of my processes.

I would show you the steps I took to find my new site (not disclosed yet) and what were the systems and processes I used to know this was BRILLIANT site for a self storage facility.

Obviously if I were to do this I would put blood sweat and tears into it (if people didnt find it helpful i would give a full money back guarantee), so it would take a lot of my time to record and plan out.

I dont want to be spending all that time if no one is interested in buying.

SO my question to you is -

Would this be helpful for you and something you would buy?

If enough people say "Hell yeah, sign me up" I will create it and if people say "Nah not for me you money grabbing influencer wanna be" I wont.... haha that last bit did make me giggle :-)
