I totally forgot about the time difference (ha as you do) … Our bodies dont know if there coming or going with all the time difference (first world probs ah)

Vegas is currently 8 hours behind the UK …. Im going to try and send tomorrows email before I go to bed … You should get it before 7am

So …… We got upgraded to the penthouse because they messed up our booking and had nowhere else to put us 👏

Price should depend on the demand!

Right now is a busy season for students …. If you’re near a university or even a college you know what I mean

Every year we have ran out of 25 Sq Ft rooms …. So we have to lean upon the supply and demand business module!

If you know a certain size unit is going to be popular you have to take away the offers and increase the price.

We have taken all the offers off our 25 and 15 Sq Ft Units and increased the prices by 35% …. Yes 35%!

Are we still filling up … Yes! The beauty is if we wasn’t, we could decrease the price.

BUT …. We aren’t stopping there … Ohh no!!

As soon as we see the occupancy levels of these units increase we will increase our prices … Just like the airlines do … Demand pricing.

So my message to you is two-fold …

1 - If you know you are going to get a rush on a particular size … Increase those prices and take the offers off!

2 - Look at the occupancy of the different sizes … The higher the occupancy, the higher you should increase that price!
