Do you reply to your google reviews??

You/We really should … (If im been honest I need to get better at this … I do reply to them all but I tend leave it a bit long and then batch reply)

It builds trust with the customer who’s taken the time to leave a review and shows there voice matters

It also shows potential customers who are reading the reviews that you listen and care what is been said about you and your business

It can literally take 30 seconds and it builds your credibility and trust 🙌

Below are 3 ways I reply

Short and sharp … It doesn’t need to be anything else. You’ve acknowledged them 💪

What do you say if you have a negative review?

Great question …

Humble brag coming ☺️ … Luckily the worst we currently have on Google is a 3 star 🥳

Firstly you have to acknowledge it … ask internally do they have a point, can we learn from this

Then you have to reply, but dont get in to a “he said, she said”. We dont want to air our dirty washing in public

Ask them to contact you directly … Heres how I responded to the 3 star review

After my reply Malcolm changed the review … Here’s the new review -

That right there is the power of a reply …. 3 star review to a 4 star review and a comment 👏 

To be honest it made my day when he changed the review but I would also like to know why he put the 3 star review in the first place, be good to learn from it.

The last review I want to show you … If im honest I dont know why ive used this as an example … Ive replied just about the same as the first review

Ha … Maybe I just wanted to showoff how good my team is with this review 🤷‍♂️🥳 Haha … Sorry

So to sum up … Reply to your reviews … Its not what you say, its just the fact that you replied thats important
