Yesterday I mentioned that there was big changes happening to this newsletter

Basically you spoke and I listened (finally haha) -

The feedback has always been very positive with the newsletter but like everything in life, there was parts you liked and parts you didn’t

I learnt that although the figures section was interesting, it was a little boring and certainly too much on a day to day bases

You wanted -

• More actionable tips,

• More self storage information,

• More real world examples

• More site breakdowns

  Basically you wanted more stuff that gets you excited about self storage and how you can make more money from your sites or how you can open one of your own

I can’t lie, it hurt … Haha kidding, I respect it and I do agree

Sooooo moving forward, this is what what you can expect from the newsletter -

• Mondays -

  Still the weekly figures. I love documenting my journey, its keeps me motivated and I think it shows transparency

• Tuesdays to Fridays -

  Information that can motivate you into opening your first self storage site

  Or

  Information that you can directly use in your self storage business to make you more money

Tomorrows newsletter will be focussing on -

Property Vs Self Storage …..

Which is the better investment??

One of my best friends is a full time property investor and il be using his numbers to compare it to self storage ROI

I honestly really loved researching this … I can’t wait to share the information with you
