Todays been a loooonnnggg day (im writing this Thursday night) … We set off this morning from Devon at 10.30am and finally pulled on the drive at 7.45pm … Awesome holiday and I love that part of the world ❤️

Not many reservations to speak about, in fact the only reservation was at Wrexham 😲 … Thursday was a quiet day all round

• Find a town or City that has less than 1 Sq Ft per Capita (Include the Sq Ft you will bring into the market) ✅

• Find a convenient location on or just off a main rd ✅

• OPEN 👏

Yes there are other factors and criteria’s but if you have the above fundamentals your already winning

Go find that site!! ✌️
