Self Storage Tip - 💡 💰 🤑

• Q2 Revenue is £39k up on the same quarter last year ... We would expect a big increase as its a new site

• Q2 Revenue is £5.5k up on the previous quarter. I would expect slightly more to be honest … But we did have a stale period and I expect Q3 to be a lot better

• £70k revenue is our highest quarter of all time … But again its a new site so you expect this

• Highest quotes for a quarter

• Highest reservations and move ins for a quarter

• 2nd Highest Sq Ft move in behind Q2 2022

• Conversions, Quotes to Move Ins and Quotes to Reservations are worryingly low! Is that because we are surrounded by container sites and Armadillo is just down the road?? I dont know but its something to keep an eye on

• Im really really happy with Clough Rd … Expensive to set up but it netted £25k last quarter and I expect that to be over £30k Q3

• Q4 Expectations - I think the revenue will take a massive jump … Im hoping for £87k! I know what your thinking … “Im nuts”. Thats a £17k increase. July is already looking really good!

And yes I get theres some massive shop chains in America that do it but they are massive with 100s of locations … It blows my mind that people want to be known as the cheapest … Anyway rant over … Ultimately awesome work for getting the PR … Most dont don that so well done 👍
