Speed is of the essence ✅

When a customer fills out the quote form at your facility or business, they are in the buying mode right there and then.

They are in front of their computer actually looking at your facility online … Why would anyone take their time contacting that customer ….

You must act quick and contact that customer ASAP. ☎️

Not after you finish your cuppa, 

Not after you finish your natta, 

Not after you finish your text to hubby, wife, mate, mum, dad etc etc 

NOW … That Minute! 🫵

Every minute you delay you are less and less likely to contact the prospect and ultimately less likely to convert that prospect into a customer 

There's little point contacting that customer 1 hour after the quote, their mind is elsewhere and they are no doubt busy with life.

We aim to contact our quotes within 5 minutes of the quote … 10 minutes is a push but is acceptable. Anymore and you run the risk the customer has moved on.

Acting fast makes a difference and increases your conversions! ✅
