I think we all agree the customer journey is so important 

But il ask you this …. 

When was the last time you pretended to be your customer and go on same digital journey your customer does? 

We should be doing this digital pilgrimage at least every 6 months. 

  • Google storage in your town or City 

  • Click on your link … not the ppc link, we don’t wanna be throwing money away 

  • Where are you on the search terms for SEO … could you improve? 

  • Land on your home page and ask yourself … 

  • Is the website clean, slick and fast? 

  • Does it showcase enough information above the fold? 

  • Did you get emailed the quote? 

  • If you did how does the email look? Is it informative and show the business in a good light

  • Look at every step and pretend you know nothing about your business and self storage … ask your self this simple question, could we improve? 

  • I guarantee doing this exercise 99% of you could improve your customer journey? 

It’s a simple exercise to do but well worth it ....It will improve your business (whatever the sector)
