So they kindly arranged a suite at the Saints V Hull match 😍

I think we need to start focussing on these metrics more! 

It’s not all about ROI 

Bringing it back to Self Storage 

I was offered a very small outdoor site. 

The Return On Investment when finished would be around 50% 

Pretty good right? 

Wrong ❌

The profit would be around £25,000 a year 

BUT, the work that would entail to set up was massive

So … It passed the ROI test but it failed on the ROT and ROE tests

It’s not all about ROI, there’s other things to consider as well. 

Don’t just focus on the ROI
