New Feature - Where do the reservations come from?

Happy Monday Folks ....

I have to say im one happy cookie this morning … My weekend was the stuff of dreams and Saturday the day I will never forget!

Firstly it was my sons 9th birthday … For the birthday we went to Beverley races with all his friends and family … About 50 of us were there (big family), then after the races we all came back to the man cave to watch and cheer on Man City win the Champions League!!

What a day … Im still buzzing and I cant lie a little tearful!

So this is new section I want to bring in … I think it is crucial to know where your reservations are coming from.

This data shows me at what stage of the process the reservation is made … Have they booked online or at what stage of my follow up process did they book.

This helps me see what part of the follow up process is working and do we need to change it … You will see a Call Back 4 booked this week.

For those of you who dont follow up more than once, you are leaving money on the table … You will see here that over 50% of our reservations came because of following up after call back 1

24 reservations and only 2 booked online, thats 0.8% of my reservations booked online 😬
