I was listening to a podcast whilst on holiday that featured Alex Harmozi 

… This guy is a genius BTW! 🤯

He made a passaway comment … It literally made me stop in the street and write it down 😳

Here’s the comment -  

“Never expect a customer to forgive you … EVER”

So act like it”

I know its common sense but most of us don’t work like this ❌

Just imagine if we knew that every mistake we made the customer wouldn’t ever forgive us … 

If this was true, 

• How would you change?

• What would you do differently?

• How would you and the team show up?

Every tiny thing we do as a business is been judged somewhere and by someone 

Been perfect is nearly impossible but trying to be perfect should be the standard ✅

I constantly ask myself, how can we do more for our customers?

Your reputation as a business has never EVER been more important 

Good word of mouth travels fast …. But do you know what travels faster?? 

BAD word of mouth 

Lets make sure we limit and even erase any bad word of mouth 

Always put yourself in the customers shoes or as Jeff Bazos says - 

“Start with your customer and work backwards”

Self Storage is a local business, so everything I said above is 10 times more important for us 😱
