You need to be tracking conversions in two ways ✅

The two ways are -

• All quotes “to” reservations

• Only quotes you have managed to contacted “to” reservations

(Always take out fake quotes for all conversion tracking)

We do this because we want to monitor people who are actually interested in using you and your product

Taking out people who was never interested in the first place

What % should you be hitting??

Great question

All quotes “to” reservations,

You should be hitting 30% ideally … But certainly over 25%

Only quotes you have managed to contacted “to” reservations,

You should be hitting 50% plus when contact is made

The percentage when you actually have contact dramatically goes up

This is why we put such an emphasis on actually speaking to your quotes

If you aren’t hitting the above numbers it’s likely to have something to do with one of these two reasons

1 - You aren’t trying hard enough to contact your quote

2 - Your sales suck 😝
