That is actually down from 36% last year

“Creating More Space At Home” is 29% of the reason why people use self storage

That suggests to me that self storage is becoming a lifestyle choice … Which is great for the industry

One other section that is worth noting is -

“To Create More Space To Work From Home” is 12%

This rose from 8.9%

That’s a MASSIVE 35% in the last year!!

That suggests the working from home trend isn’t just stabilising but increasing 😲
