Positives

• 1210 sq. ft. moved in.

• Finished 600 sq. ft. up.

• 46% conversion – awesome week.

Concerns

• Average insurance really low at £3,800

• Negative week predicted next week with 830 in and 1060 due out /

Clough Road

Positives

• Average insurance above 7k at £7,600

• 34 quotes.

Concerns

• 11% conversion !! with only 4 reservations from 34 quotes

• Finished 75 sq. ft. down for the week.

• Only 75 sq. ft. due in next week with 150 due out.

• Only 275 sq. ft. move in, ideally want at least double that.

Mansfield 

Positives

• Finished level for the week after being predicted to be 150 sq. ft down, (although we would have expected to move in more than 250 sq.ft.)

Concerns

• Low week for quotes again at 19!!

• 26% conversion, ideally want to be hitting 30%.

• 250 sq. ft. moved in – very low, ideally want to be closer to 1,000.

• Negative week predicted next week with 450 in and 705 out.

• Insurance average below 6k at 5,600.

Wrexham

Positives

• Finished 220 sq. ft. up for the week.

Concerns

• ONLY 9 QUOTES !!

• 1 reservation means only 11% conversion.

• Insurance average below 6k at £5,250.

Beverley

Positives

• Average insurance high at £9,300

• Finished 95 sq. ft. up for the week with 370 sq. ft. in and 275 sq. ft. out.

• 28% conversion

Concerns

• Only 7 quotes.

• 275 sq. ft. out is high for Beverley.

• No move ins next week with 50 due out.

I think it is crucial to know where your reservations are coming from.

This data shows me at what stage of the process the reservation is made … Have they booked online or at what stage of my follow up process did they book.

This helps me see what part of the follow up process is working and do we need to change it

For those of you who don’t follow up more than once, you are leaving money on the table!!
