My biggest achievement in business 

Isn’t what you think 

It’s not 

• Creating a business with multiple 7 figure turn over

• It’s not having an Etbitda of over 7 figures

It’s …. 

Creating an amazing culture 

How did I do this … 

… err, I don’t know tbh 😂

Two things stand out … 

1 - Hiring amazing people 

2 - It’s all about give and take … 

It’s not binary, and we don’t keep score 

The team go the extra mile for me, and I go the extra mile for the team

I work for them (if not more) just as much than they work for me 

I just want to  shout out the extra mile my team have done for me recently 

• JP .. Going to Beverley 

A customer needed the FOB to enter but Friday was JP’s day off

My wife Claire argued with him not to go … 

But he didn’t listen 🤷‍♂️…

Anddd went to Beverley anyway

• Angela  … Going to Clough Rd at 3 am when the alarms went off 

Whilst I appreciate it … 

Angela should never ever ever go to site on her own 😬

Ya nutter 😂

• Charlenne …. Organising quotes and fit-outs on her day off 

I’ll get emails with quotes attached from Chazzaaaa on her days off …

And she’s constantly replying and messaging on the WhatsApp group  

 …. Just enjoy your days off Chazzzaa 

• Jack … Mr Consistent 

Nothing is ever too much trouble 

Changing days off, staying later when needed 

I honestly don’t think I’ve heard a negative word come out of this lad’s mouth 😊

• Gary …. Boss Man 

Gary never stops 

He treats the business like it’s his own

He looks at new sites on his days off 

We’re like Batman and Robin, Ha or Rodney and Dell Boy (god knows who’s who!). What he doesn’t know I do, and vice versa  

• And of course Claire (My wife), aka “The real boss of the company”

She doesn’t read this, so I can say what I want 🤪

She changes her day off last minute

She basically organises me (difficult task I can promise you 😝) and keeps me on the straight and narrow 

I think to sum my team up …

They CARE 😊 

I feel very lucky to have assembled such an AWESOME team
