It’s an indoor site, 10,000 sq ft, New build, 3 floors high ….

(Its 3 floors thanks to my mate Kevin Thompson who told me Clough Rd should have been 3 floors … We’ve rectified that mistake cheers Kevin 👋)

• 38 reservations – 7 more compared to last month & second highest amount in the past 9 months.
   

• Conversion rate 33.93% - up by 5% from last month.
   

• Sq.ft. moved in 3,140 – highest amount since September 2025.
   

• True Period Revenue at £40,607.12 – this is an increase of 12.24% from March 2025 to March 2026. 

Opportunities

• 112 quotes – 24 down compared to March 2025 & only 3 more than last month (February short month).
   

• Cancelled reservations at 18.42% - 3^rd month in a row this has been over the 10% mark.
   

• Move out at 2,955 – highest amount since August 2025 & 680 more compared to March 2025.
   

• Net sq.ft. result positive 185, although positive, we would have expected to achieve a higher figure, March 2025, we finished positive 2,235.
