Firstly thank you for all the amazing responses regarding my Beverley site! 😍

I’ve had so many questions, hopefully, I’ve replied back to everyone who asked a question! 

In today’s email, I’m going to answer the most frequent question I was asked … 

“HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR A CONTAINER TO HIT THAT REVENUE??” 😳

I’ve attached our current prices and the sizes 

The first thing to note is we don’t just have containers at Beverley.

We have a range of different size units, they’re not all 160 Sq Ft 

I think the three main reasons our Price Per Sq Ft is so high are -

• Revenue management 

• Minimum insurance amounts for each unit size (think we’re averaging just over £6,000 of insurance per unit at Beverley) 

• Not copying our competition when they lower prices 

I think the biggest mistake a lot of container operators make is charge the same or less than the competition … 

If you do this it’s a race to the bottom! 

If you out position your competition OR you have better units or a better facility DONT play the price game! 

It’s a race to the bottom and that’s not a game you don’t want to win! ❌

Believe in the value of your product and so will your customers! 🥇

We had a competitor open in Beverley and charge £25 per week (no insurance)

Including Insurance, we charge £65 per week

Our security is better, our units are better, our facility is better and our location is better ✅

Why would I compete with them on price ?? We’re far superior! 

If we believe it, our customers will believe it ♥️
