This is a direct quote from Ishan Haque a guest on my first million podcast -

When these moments happen you first need to realise this is one of those moments and second act accordingly and take massive action”

Powerful words and something I totally agree with 

Most of the stuff you and I do on a day to day bases doesn’t mean anything and doesn’t move the needle

BUT 

We then have a moment when an opportunity arises … This is when we must act1 🤓

Bringing this back to self storage 

One of those moments hit me in January 

I found an amazing location in Scotland but I knew another self storage operator had already put in an offer 

So I had to take massive action and act quickly 

Result = We have a new site 💥

We will be opening in 6 weeks 🙌

Be aware of the life changing moments 

They don’t come around all day every day BUT they do happen 

We just need to be in a position to act and capitalise when one comes are way
