I get loads of messages asking me if its too late to open a self storage facility

My answer is always ….. NOOOOO! 👀

Yes it would have been better to open a facility 10 years ago but I promise you that now is a lot better time to open than in 5 years!

We have a massive opportunity (STILL) in the self storage industry!

The supply is growing, yes …. BUT, so is the demand!! And its still growing more than the supply

This picture articulates the potential growth so well … Obviously comparing Mcdonalds to self storage facilities isn’t an exact science or the only metric to look at but it certainly highlights the opportunity in Europe in our industry 😎
