Ok, we're continuing to look back at previous years’ revenue at each of our 6 sites. Today is the turn of Mansfield  

Mansfield is a great site. It just worked as soon as we opened the doors … We had 12,000 sq ft let in the first 3 months of opening 

In January, we completed the last phase of the fitout  …. Meaning Mansfield is now fully fitted out internally … 

It now has nearly 40,000 sq ft of lettable space 

I expect the revenue growth to really accelerate in 2026  

(All ex vat)

Key things to note -

• Mansfield is only a baby in terms of how old the site is, it’s only 2 years and 3 months old …. Awwwww

   

• With the latest fitout, Mansfield is only around 55% full, so we have a huge growth opportunity 

   

• Between 2024 and 2025, we increased revenue by £170,784

   

• That's a 65% increase in revenue. I’m obviously very happy with this, but it’s a new site, so you would expect big revenue growth

Lastly, I like to look at December's revenue to give you an idea of what to expect the following year 

December’s 2025 revenue was - £38,361

Times by 12 (months in the year) - £460,332

So even if we just hit December’s figures every month through 2026, then we can expect around a £27,000 revenue increase in 2026. This is a 6% increase butttt obviously with the new fit out, I expect this to be much higher
