There is a loverly loverly upward trajectory ❤️

It really highlights what you can expect when first opening a site in terms of revenue per sq ft

The Price Per Sq Ft is starting to increase because customers are coming to the end of their offer period and we are starting to do revenue management ✅

I expect this site to hit £30 ish pound per square foot by the end of the year 🤞

If we do hit that £30 mark it means even if we don’t increase our Let Sq Ft our revenue will increase to around £32k per month

A £12k increase every month … Ha help pay off my loans

This really does highlight the importance of increasing your Rate Per Sq Ft (Price Per Sq Ft) over time 💡
