The industry report just confirmed what I’ve been saying for years: manless sites aren’t just a trend—they’re the future.

Here’s the bullet points - 

• Average staffing per store has dropped to a record low of 2.6 people—a 14% decrease since before the pandemic.
   

• Even last year, stores averaged 3 staff members. The shift in the last two years has been huge.
   

• Over 16% of facilities are now completely unmanned. This number will keep on increasing!! 

What’s behind these numbers?

• The rise of tech: app-based access and AI-powered security are making it easier (and safer) to run sites with less staff.
