This actually gets me really mad when I see storage operators doing this ….

And sometimes its the big boys as well … But they do disguise it better than most

DONT HAVE LOADS OF DIFFERENT ROOM OPTIONS!

I have a rule of 6 … 6 should be the maximum rooms sizes you have! The Maximum!!

You dont want want a 15, 20, 25, 40, 50, 60, 75, 80, 100, 110, 125, 140, 150, 160, 175, 200 etc etc

I shit you not I have seen this in loads of sites …. Wrexham was the same.

Please remember - Confused customers don’t buy!

They will start questioning what size they need … It’s our job to be the expert and lead them.

If you do have millions of different room sizes, I promise your conversions will be better simplifying your sizes …. Turn the 20 into a 25 sq ft.

Always try and increase rather than decrease …. Dont quote me on it but I think your allowed 15% margin or error. Use it … Please check with a fit out company or the SSA to make sure that is true before you do it
