I LOVE ❤️ reading and learning about leadership!!

I actually think leadership should be taught in schools in one format or another … But lets not go down the rabbit hole of what I think about the school system 🤡

Ok so after reading about leadership from the English Entrepreneur James Sinclair this was his take away for a happy team -

As a leader we have to do these 4 things -

• Keep people informed

• Keep people interested

• Keep people involved

• Keep people inspired

If you do this your people will never want to leave you

Don’t be fooled thinking it’s all about the money … People want to inspired and feel part of something 🎯

  Investigation Into Cause of Fire at Access Self Storage Unit in Byfleet to Take Weeks

   

  • Fire destroyed a storage depot in Oyster Lane, Byfleet, causing the loss of many people's belongings.

  • Surrey Fire and Rescue Service commander Steve Love said the site was still dangerous and the investigation would be complex.

  • Investigators are not following any lines of investigation that suggest the fire was started deliberately and it will take weeks to identify the likely cause.
