I will give you an example …

I’ve come across a location that has less than 

0.3 Sq Ft of self storage per capita (per person)

The UK average is 0.89 sq ft per capita 

EG - If there’s a town has 100,000 population you would expect that town to have 89,000 sq ft of self storage 

This location has just 30,000 sq ft of self storage 

BUT that’s not all …. 

The only self storage in this area is completely full and has an 8 months waiting list 😲 

That’s how long the longest person has been on the waiting list 

I know ….. It’s nuts!

And … before you ask …. NO, I’m not telling you where this is 😇 … It’s mine haha

I tell you this because there are lots of locations around the UK like this 

Most people think it’s too late to get into self storage and that’s not the case! 

There are opportunities everywhere …. You just have to be willing to put in the effort
