Do you know your Labour to Turnover Ratio??

Ive had successful businesses and ive had business that have totally bombed … The less we talk about these bombs better 😭 

The business that failed I didnt keep track on my numbers … I didnt know what was a good Labour to Turnover % and what was a bad %

My current business I aim for Labour to be 10% of my revenue … Dont get me wrong this isn’t blanket for all industries it just works for me in my industry …. Some industries will be much much more!

For all you self storage operators that are a much higher % thats ok as well, your module may well be different than mine .. 3 of my 4 sites are manless

By keeping an eye on this ratio it will help you know when’s the right time to employe an extra member of staff or …. And I hate saying this, it may help you know when your team could be doing that little bit more
