As many of you will know … Im a massive Man City fan

Pep our manager was interviewed recently and he said something I want to share …

… This can be translated into business as well as sport

“As a CEO your job is to help / make your team be the best they can be, on and off the pitch (pitch been work)”

So my takeaway for this is I don’t just want to help my team to be good at their job, I want to help them be the best version of themselves at work and at home.

I see this as not only a responsibility but an honour

As CEO’s we are investing in people … I love to work with good people, been around good people makes you and me a better person.

You are the average of the 5 people you hang around most with.

If you have 5 average sales people at work, you will become the 6th

If you have 5 AMAZING sales people at work, you will become the 6th

Last example … If you hang around with 5 alcoholics you can’t help but be influenced … Be careful who you send time with … They influence you more than you know!
