• 45 reservations which is 22 more than last month and 11 more compared to January 2025.
   

• Conversion rate at 31.47%, this is up by 2.36% from last month and is up by 7.01 % compared to January 2025.
   

• Actual cost of advertising this month for PPC Google per sq. Ft down by £23.78 from last month, from £105.15 to £81.37 .
   

• Google ad spend at £1,790.11 is down by £210.88 compared to January 2025 and we received an 2.87% increase in quotes when comparing January 2025 to January 2026.

• Target sq. Ft. move in of at least 3,500, February 2025 we hit 3,295 and with the new section being open and discounted rates, we should be beating last year’s results.
