Sunday was mine and the wifes 12 year wedding anniversary 🥳

I did what any self respecting football loving husband would do …. I put her in goal and took some shots against her 😂

I shared this for 3 reasons -

1 - For those of you at the show said im batting at the conference …. Maybe crocks and goal keeper gloves will make you rethink 😂😍 (cough cough S Jones girls 🤪)

2 - To let you know me and the wifey are off to Edinburgh Wednesday, Thursday and back Friday …. So the newsletter maybe late on these days … Gonna try my damdest to still publish one 😀 

3 - I bloody love that girl …. Awwww! Happy Anniversary … Thanks for watching the United V Arsenal match with me (not that she reads the newsletter even though she promises she does, guess we will see haha)

Return Per Sq Ft and Occupancy 

Two metrics that I absolutely LOVE ❤️

Let’s start with Occupancy 

The Occupancy levels have decreased in the last couple of years 

But that is totally expected because of the CVID bump we had 

Around 80% occupancy seems to be the norm for mature sites at the minute … 

I personally expect this to grow in 2024 

Now Rate Per Sq Ft 

I’m really happy to see the overall rate per sq ft increase this year!

It’s a strong industry that has a lot of new players entering the market …..

And, I was worried that would force down the rate per sq ft 

It’s good to see we aren’t dropping prices in the UK unlike the American markets
