Mansfield is a BEAST! Just keeps producing

Key Things to note : 

• Quotes were OK … But I like to be over 100

• Conversions, Quotes to Move Ins was nuts 

• Conversions, Quotes to reservations was nuts … in a good way

• Cancelled and expired reservations were awesome … ZERO BABY 

• Cost to acquire a customer was £60 … I’ll take that ALL DAY!! 

• 3,400 Sq Ft moved in … Awesome! 2nd best EVER!

• 1,800 Sq Ft Moved out … That’s a 14% churn rate. That’s a little high but the more mature the site gets the lower this will become 

• Net 1,500 Sq Ft up for the month … I'll take that, thank you very much 

• 63% occupied … Have to start looking at phase 2 soon! 

• Revenue - One of the highest months ever

• Average Insurance Sold = Nearly £6,000 per move in … BUT highest total of insurance we have ever taken

9/10 BABY … Great month!! …. And the site is fully manless
