How I increased my net profit by £30k 💰….

Refunds - We don’t give them

This is controversial but it’s a massive driver of income for us

Not everyone will agree … But it works 👇👇

To be fair it was Anne Ballard who 1st gave me this advice ❤️

It’s simple -

- Self storage customers pay for their unit 4 weeks / a month in advance

- Previously if the customer leaves on day 12 of their stay, we refund the unused days

- Anne basically told me I was leaving money in the table

- “People don’t expect a refund “

- I begrudgingly tried it

- It worked a dream and immediately increased profits over £20k

- In the 3 years since only a handful of people ever asked for a refund

So if you want to increase your profits … don’t give a refunds … simple
