(Basically all smaller units) 

 

Why I hear you ask? 🤔

Because it’s student season 

It’s simple economics at play …. Supply and Demand at its finest 

There is increased demand this time of year for smaller size units because the students have to take their belongings out of the halls 

If you're near a university you WILL sell out of the smaller size units 

 

So to maximise this demand we increase prices 

We increased prices 6 - 8 weeks ago and took all our offers off 

Yesterday we sold our last smaller unit! Even with the increases in prices

Ha … Clearly didn’t increase prices enough🫣

You have to maximise opportunities in business and this time of year represents one such opportunity
