Firstly I want to say a massive apology!! 🫣 

I havent wrote to you in a week … and this wasnt my intention!

I was on a Disney Cruise with my family and fully expected to have WiFi and to be able to write the newsletter on an evening ….

For those of you who have been on a cruise, you will know that Wifi is never taken for granted! (I didnt, it was my first cruise)

I couldnt get on the Wifi … So my apologises! Lets blame Disney haha 😝 

Anyway …. Im back and had an amazing time! Kids blooming loved it! 😍❤️

• Good insurance average at £8,500

• Positive sq.ft. week (just) at 25 up.

Concerns

• Low quotes at only 21!

• Still below 80% full

• Only 650 sq.ft. moved in

• Negative week predicted next week with 435 in and 725 out

Clough road

Positives

• 42 quotes

Concerns

• Only 11.90% conversions !!!

• Negative sq.ft. week at 115 down , with 490 moved out.

• Low insurance average at £5,000

Wrexham

Positives

• Positive sq.ft. for the week at 75 up.

• Another good week for quotes at 17

• 29% conversion rate with 5 reservations

• Positive sq.ft. week predicted for next week

Concerns

• Insurance average low at £5,666

• Only 260 sq.ft. in , we predicted 310

• 260 sq.ft. moved out, only 35 was predicted

Beverley

 Positives

• 36.36% conversion with 4 reservations from 11 quotes

• 245 sq.ft. in when we was only due 35 .

Concerns

• Negative sq.ft week at 40 down (although we was predicted to be 680 down)

• 480 due out next week with zero due in !

So this is new section I want to bring in … I think it is crucial to know where your reservations are coming from.

This data shows me at what stage of the process the reservation is made … Have they booked online or at what stage of my follow up process did they book.

This helps me see what part of the follow up process is working and do we need to change it

For those of you who dont follow up more than once, you are leaving money on the table!!
