We received 10 containers from Willbox for our Mansfield site 10 days ago … We already have 5 rented out or reserved. 👏

Mansfield really does show the power doing the due diligence and finding the right site in the right location 🤓

10 weeks in and we have nearly 10,000 Sq Ft Let …. Whoop, honestly makes me so happy as the wife didn’t want me to sign more personal guarantees 😳

Ha if Mansfield didn’t work out id potentially lose more than money 😝

I’m having a MOAN today 😩

I don’t often moan BUT … 

Today I’m making an exception 

The Inside Self Storage World Expo is happening in Vegas in April (I will be going) 

I loveeee the conference but I hate the fact that ISS are selling ALL attendee’s emails and contact details 

Last time I went to the event I received LOOAADDSSS of unsolicited emails … It was really annoying! 

It wasn’t just me who was annoyed by it … Everyone I spoke to after the conference was getting frustrated with all the emails 

I admire the hustle of companies that buy the email list but I think the excision is wrong ❌

I think it looks bad on ISS and also looks bad on the companies who buy the emails

Surly I can’t be on my own here … We don’t want unsolicited sales pitches, do we?? 🧐
