I just wanted jump on here and wish you all a very very Merry Christmas

Honestly, as you can imagine im like a big kid this time of year

I just can’t wait to give the kids and wife their pressies …….

Deans done good this year with the wife’s pressie 😅💪 ….

Ha and to be honest I have noooo idea what the kids have got 😂 …. I’m not Santa 😜haha

Thank you all for coming on this journey with me …. Thank you for all your kind words about the newsletter and thank you for just opening the blooming thing … Really does make me happy 😊 

Like I said in a previous email ….

I’m trying to be better, be more present and not just let life shoot me by …

For me it feels like yesterday my kids were born …. Life is passing by fast and I wanna enjoy every minute and not get bogged down in negativity (which is tough when you have a massive VAT bill in Jan 🫣🤣)

Ha … If your interested here’s what really helps me (Ha and im not perfect by any stretch …. Ask my wife 😂🫣) ….

Enjoy the little moments, appreciate the little moments, most people are too busy to notice the magic in the moments …

It’s is hard sometimes but when you catch yourself be present in that moment and have gratitude

The moments dont have to be big, they can be -

• The way your kid looks at you

• It could be the wife laughing with you at a joke (that doesn’t happen for me … laughing at me maybe 😂 haha)

• Enjoying some great food

• Speaking with someone you love or respect

• Having a drink of amazing wine

• Hugging a loved one

• Or even just the cold wind hitting your face when you go outside

There’s special things happening to us every second …. I just want to try and notice them more and be in the moment, more present ….
