How much should rent should I pay for my self storage business ??

I get this question A LOT!

And … Luckily for you awesome people I have a great framework

It all revolves around how much revenue you think your site will take

Heres a few examples of what were rent were paying and the revenue

Willerby

£1,000,000 Revenue

£170k Rent

Rent = 17% of revenue

Clough Rd

£400,000 Revenue (will take more when mature)

£100k Rent

Rent = 25% of revenue

Mansfield

£480,000 Revenue  (This will double when fully built out)

£120k Rent

Rent = 25% of revenue

Wrexham

£280,000 Revenue

£60k Rent

Rent = 21%

My framework is simple …

My rent wont equate to more than 25% of revenue
