It’s simple - Frederic de Ryckman de Betz is without doubt the best self storage operator I have ever met!

BOLD claims I know … and im sure to have upset loadsssss of fellow operators saying that. Sorrrrry 🫣

Fred came up to my Clough Rd site a year or so ago …. He was there for less than 5 minutes and already started pointing out where I could improve. I loved it … But I can’t lie, slightly embarrassed

Fred then did some consultancy work for me on my new Mansfield site …. The insight and the level he went to was incredible …. Ha just made me realise how much I still had to learn 😅

So ….. When the best operator in the UK is starting a new self storage company we should all watch, take out our note pads and learn 💡I promise you, if we watch what Fred does we will become better storage operators! Simple!
