Im really excited by this location because of the low risk and low capital expense

No Rates (im currently been told its under the rateable fresh hold in Scotland … Wether that is true once I put containers we will have to see) ✅

1 year break for tenant, just incase site doesn’t work ✅

HOWEVER … They do exist! You just need to be patient and put in the work!.
Treat searching for a site like a part time job … You will find a site that suits your needs!
When you do it can be live changing!
As you can tell im really really excited by this opportunity …. I want to prove with LESS than £20k invested of my own money I can produce a site that nets nets in excess of £100k per year!
