Key Things to note:

• Glasgow is our Newest site 

   

• Quotes were 80 … That’s the best ever!! Previous best was 60, so that’s a MASSIVE increase. I don’t know if that’s changing SEO and PPC companies or it’s just getting more of a presence in the local area 

   

• Conversions to reservations were 37%! I want to take a minute to highlight just how good this is… Normally, when you dramatically increase quotes like we have, the quality of the lead goes down and therefor the conversions suffer … This hasn’t happened here, which is bloody awesome!! 

   

• Number of reservations were 27. That’s nuts! 17 was our previous best!!

   

• Conversions to Move ins werent as good. We were at 21%. I can put that down to the number of quotes / some of the reservations wont of moved in just yet. I expect this to be better next month when the reservations filter through in to move ins 

   

• Over all move ins were the best weve ever had at 17. Our previous best was 11. That incredible 

   

• Sq Ft Moved in was 2,110 … No shocks here, BEST EVER!

   

• 560 Sq Ft moved out, that’s awesome 

   

• 6% churn is blooming amazing …. Container sites rule 😊

   

• Net Sq Ft was up 1,560 … There’s a theme starting here … Best EVER 

   

• Cancelled reservations is 0% … Again, amazing stuff 

   

• Revenue is … shock …. BEST EVER

Overall Score - 10/10

No surprises here! 10 all day long! 

The only thing that could of improved were the move in percentage, but that’s only low because the reservations haven’t filtered through yet.

I’ve just looked, and as of the 12th of when I’m writing this, the move ins conversion for August is 29% … So they are filtering in
