I was listening to a podcast whilst running in Wales on my holibobs 😎

He was asked to give advice to business owners

And he said this ….

I have loads of enemies in business and it motivates the shit out of me 💩….

It also doesn’t have to be the same industry either and … It doesn’t even have to be just business related

I have this guy in my footie team …. Love him, great great guy, BUT …

Awww man I hate to admit this … He’s fitter than me!

So during the summer when I didn’t wanna go for a run, I would think about him, I would think about the time he was fitter and beat me to the ball …. True Story and I HATED IT!

Boom …. Before I knew it I was lacing up my trainers and off I ran 😎
