Culture …. Ohhh yeah baby … The “C” word again!!

So this is the final day in the Culture Week … and ive saved this for last as its the most controversial 🤔

I even thought about not putting it in the newsletter but its probably the most important part to me

Ok here goes … Deep breath … 😮‍💨 

“I dont care if you’re the best salesperson in the company and you make me Gazzzzilion pounds …. If you’re a DICK you have no place on my team”!!

There I said it …. I know I could have wrote it better but that is exactly word for word how I think and feel. 💪

I dont want to work with people who only think of themselves, who aren’t respectful, who are negative, who make others feel uncomfortable … BASICALLY A DICK 🫣

Negatively spreads … You have to cut that person out of your team and when you do watch that team thrive!!

Ive made this mistake in other companies and always made excuses as to why I kept the negative person … But ultimately it came down to me putting money over the happiness and wellbeing of the rest of the team ❌ Not good management!

As it turns out when “said” person left, the team preformed better … The negativity stopped, the positivity increased and team flourished

Dont make my mistake … Cut the DICKS out of your team
