Double Dialling, Do you Double Dial??

You Should!! 🤔

Firstly I think I should explain what Double Dialling is …

Double Dialling is when you make a phone call and the prospect doesn’t answer or it goes straight to voicemail …

When this happens you immediately dial again … Hence the name Double Dialling 🥸

I know what your thinking … Bloody Hell Dean, this could be annoying!

Maybe … Maybe not.

Your main aim should be to speak to the prospect, your chances of a reservation DRAMATICALLY increase when you talk to a project!!

A massive percentage of people either -

• Have their phone on “Do Not Disturb” meaning if someone dials once it goes to voicemail BUT if you dial twice it gets through … as if by magic! 🪄

OR 

• Don’t answer the first time it rings … But do answer if it rings again because they think it could be important!

Boom, we’ve got our foot in the door!

We’ve seen great results in the double dialling technique

If your prospect gets a little upset you rang twice (it hasn’t happened to us yet), you should simple say “Aww im really sorry, I wasn’t sure if it was you I rang last so I rang again, sorry about that”

Or words to that effect … Ultimately your looking at defusing any resentment

Try it …. Im sure you will see an improvement in conversions 🙌
