After much sweat, many hours and a few tears (hence why the newsletter is later than normal) ive finally fixed the issue ... I think haha!

Final Thoughts -

So why am I disappointed in the week so far -

Weve had a whopping 40 quotes across the 4 sites ...

That means I should be expecting at least 12 reservations, we have 8!

I should be seeing around 10 move ins, we have 4!

The expected move ins and expected move outs for the week suggested we would be over 1,000 Sq Ft up this week at Willerby ...

... 3 days in (nearly half way in to the week) and we are just 110 Sq Ft up. 

Most of the KPI's are well below par

I know I know, its only 3 days into the week ... But I did promise when I started this newsletter I would share the good, the bad and the ugly

And this week has started bloody ugly haha ... Plenty of time to turn it round!!

Fingers crossed the second half of the week will be better!!

Come on!!
