The Impact of CVID at my Beverley Site (Beverley24.co.uk)

Wanna see the impact CVID had on a mature self storage facility??

Heres my yearly Revenue for my Beverley site from 2017 - 👇 👇

2017 January 1st - December 31st - £108,179

2018 January 1st - December 31st - £121,935

2019 January 1st - December 31st - £129,862

2020 January 1st - December 31st - £135,509

2021 January 1st - December 31st - £152,789

2022 January 1st - December 31st - £154,927

CVID.. Increased my Revenue 20% on my mature self storage site 🤔

Pre CVID we hit £129,000 Revenue

Last year we hit £155,000 Revenue

Thats a 20% increase in Revenue

Not as much of an impact as Willerby (newer site) but still a positive impact 💩 

Crazy to think that CVID destroyed some businesses and helped others. I feel very lucky but also very guilty the fact CVID helped our industry 😪

**Spoiler Alert**

Although CVID had a great impact on our industry during the pandemic, most operators are now seeing a decrease in occupancy. This is to be expected we did see increase in move ins and at some point they are going to move out ... unfortunately :-(
