Customer Journey -

I think we can all take a leaf out of the amazon book of customer care .... 

Start with the customer and work backwards!

Do you make the customer fill in endless information to get the price? 

(This is for the sites that hide prices behind an information wall … We prefer this method as we see increased conversions … 

Honestly I know there have been a lot of chat today on LinkedIn about showing prices and not but I can categorically say that hiding prices has increased our conversions and it’s best for the customers because they aren’t educated about our product yet …. 

Anyway this is an argument for another day 😍

The idea of an information wall is so you can follow up with the customer. The only information you need to do this is -

  • Name 

  • Telephone number  

  • Email Address

No more information is needed yet I see operators asking for -

  • Address … You don’t need to know at this stage 

  • How long they need it for … Why do you need that? What difference does it make?

  • When they need it from? Again, you can find this out on follow up

  • What colour their front door is … Haha ok im kidding on this front

Think about your customer, they want as little barriers as possible to get the price
