If im honest culture was something I didnt think was too important until your business reaches a certain size ….

Culture in your business for me is like a massive big cruise liner ship …

Once the cruise liner is heading in a certain direction it’s so so hard to turn around.

Any changes in direction will take time 🚨

This is like your business and the culture you set … Its so hard to change the culture at a work place, it takes time …… But I promise its worth it …
